It's important to note that Zoho People exclusively supports attendance integration, meaning that user addition or modification must be carried out manually on the biometric hardware.

If you already have your own biometric devices that support ADMS, Cloud Server communication, or Internet communications, you'll need to purchase the "Protocol Update" along with the other mentioned services to enable the web API for your devices.
