Our solution supports a wide range of devices from top biometric brands including ZKTeco, ESSL, Identix, BioMax, and others. Once updated, your device will be API-ready for real-time data exchange and full automation.
How to Check Compatibility & Activate:
- Visit https://developer.camsbiometrics.com/ and enter basic details about your biometric device.
- Follow the connection setup steps provided to connect your device with our BOT system.
- Once connected, you'll receive guided instructions for verifying operations such as user registration, punch recording, and deletions.
- Devices with ADMS, WDMS, built-in web server, or IP communication are typically supported.
Important Notes:
- The Protocol Update is a one-time paid service tied to the specific device it cannot be transferred.
- In addition to the Protocol Update, the API service includes a one-time activation fee and a yearly license fee.
- No refunds can be issued after purchase if the device is incompatible. Ensure compatibility beforehand to avoid inconvenience.
- This service involves a monetary transaction between Cams and the respective biometric device manufacturer; therefore, it cannot be offered on a trial basis.
